  • Anyone! Available on Google Play and Apple App Store. Requires iOS 12.2 or later.

  • After opening the app, tap on the circle person icon at the top right of your screen. Choose your sign up method. Email is required.

    Resident messaging is available for only Western Home Communities residents.

  • Nope! Sign into your resident portal and at the bottom right of your screen will be a blue chat box.

  • You are not. Everything avaible in the app is also avaible here on our website including Resident Messaging, event calendar etc.

  • Yes. In order for anyone to join a resident messaging group they need to request access and approved by our resident coordinators to join. Anyone who creates an account agrees to the Terms of Use and Terms of Service.
