Thalman Square: Assisted Living
Thalman Square Assisted Living provides a safe, welcoming home for individuals with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia. With two cozy 16-room neighborhoods and a central town square, residents enjoy private rooms with attached baths and the warmth of a close-knit community that encourages comfort, connection, and social engagement.
The Cottages: Nursing
The Cottages are Iowa’s first freestanding small-house nursing homes for people with dementia, offering two cozy homes for 16 residents each. Every resident enjoys a private bedroom with an attached bath, while thoughtfully designed acoustics and natural lighting create a calming, peaceful setting. Guided by our award-winning Household Model of Care, residents experience comfort, dignity, and connection.
